Morocco has reached a new milestone in the field of cyber-security, being currently ranked in the top group (Tier 1) which includes role model countries that have demonstrated a strong commitment to cybersecurity in recent years and have implemented, through coordinated actions, the necessary fundamentals in the areas of cybersecurity covered by the study. This progress reflects the firm commitment of all national stakeholders to secure the national cyberspace, strengthen resilience, and mitigate cybersecurity threats. It also highlights the joint and sustained efforts Morocco has been making over the past two decades in the field of cybersecurity, under the enlightened leadership of His Majesty the King, may God assist him. On the multilateral level, Morocco is currently a member of the international initiative to counter Ransomware, and is an active member of The International Telecommunication Satellite Organization (ITSO).
